HELP !!!
As you have obviously already noticed, this site holds a very large amount of information and navigation can be a bit confusing at first. Well you are in luck as this page will show you how it all works so you can find your way around with ease.

One of the first things you probably saw was the index at the left of the screen. This is the main navigation index that will take you to each main section in the site no matter where you are.

All you have to do go to a section is click the icon explaining what the section is about. Each section has its own background scheme so if you forget where you are, just look at the left index to which title has the same background.

Then we have the case when an information page may have more than one section as is so in the 'Facts about Spina Bifida' section. When this occurs you have navigation bars at the top and bottom of each information page. To use these just click over the word explaining the section content that you want to read.

When you are in a section in an information page that sections word on the navigation bars will be Red in colour. And so you can easily trace where you are exactly. All the section preceding it are in red so you can see exactly where you are.

Use the back option in you browser to go back from where you came from.
