SBH Queensland offers group programs to assist young people acquire the skills and confidence to leave home and live more independently. Recent courses have included

Cooking. Run one night a week for 6 weeks, the courses include an introduction to healthy eating, meal planning, basic safety in the kitchen, shopping for ingredients and, of course, cooking.
